Luneng Real Estate Tianjin LOFT
—Our task is to use the inner space of the street commerce to complete two sets of LOFT with different functions: office property “changeable” space and residential property “similar row” villas, increase the experience value of target consumer groups, and realize the luxurious turn from low-value shops to high-value high-quality office. The traditional LOFT segmentation method is abandoned and interpolation and superposition are adopted to maximize the use space and obtain good sensory experience.
